"It felt like going to church..."
On the wintry morning of November 27, 2017 a piece of the sky was returned back to its home by eight friends. An exploration of the passage of time and space, aging and digital filters on the perception of nature as art. A celebration that the sky is the world's best art installation.
The sky disc's dynamic effects on viewing the sky were photographically documented over the course of a sunrise and a sunset.
Installed at Stanford University, in the Art and Art History Department McMurtry oculus.
